Belay the "Dr. Stubbs" jokes, people

via: Pharyngula

I am:
Hal Clement (Harry C. Stubbs)
A quiet and underrated master of "hard science" fiction who, among other things, foresaw integrated circuits back in the 1940s.

Which science fiction writer are you?

Hmph. I have no idea what this means. To the best of my knowledge, I have never read a single thing by Hal Clement.

I'm really confused.
It told me I was Greg Benford, with the note that
"The real Greg Benford once took this quiz, and it told him he was Arthur C. Clarke".

You don't look anything like him either. This is a very good thing. ~Mary

I'm a genius and didn't know it:  Isaac Asimov
Ok, so maybe not a genius but at least I have heard of Asimov!  LOL

Seems to me I was Tiptree ast time, too.

Hal Clement was at the first Star Trek con I ever attended (NYC crica 1974).  I think he was fairly ubiquitous in those days.
