Those are incredible photos. Thanks for sharing. Looks like something out of a sci-fi movie landscape.
The little bit of me that is cynical (somewhere in my right foot, I believe) had to wonder how much of the fog is smog-related. But still, pretty.
I would also add to your second definition:
Satire = "it's funny because it's scary because it's true." (Assuming it's good satire.)

Great photo, thanks for sharing the link. BTW, ever notice the sunset photo on my blog is taken from the NY side of the lake, across the river from Fort Niagara? Scan the skyline for the CNN tower...
It's a great picture, Paul. I just wish that it didn't look like that for most of my last visit to Toronto. I was sitting in a restaurant in Queen's Quay, with a view of the lake. Or so I was told. I couldn't see it. I guess I just picked the wrong time of year. Next time, it's summer for me. Tina
